NILU in Città - nuovo appartamento con VISTA MARE (Monopoli centro)

Our stay in the two-bedroom apartment in Monopoli was perfect for our family. Since we had a rental car, we appreciated how easy street parking was—it was never a problem. At the same time, the apartment was just a 5–10 minute walk from the heart of town, making it convenient to enjoy all that Monopoli has to offer. The owner was exceptionally kind and accommodating throughout our stay. He also provided a fantastic list of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to visit, not only in Monopoli but throughout the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this vacation rental to small families looking for an affordable, comfortable, and well-located place to stay while exploring Puglia.

We were able to collect our keys at our requested time and Lorenzo's wife took the time to show us around. This was the perfect spot to stay in Monopoli. I'd highly recommend. The apartment was a safe 10 min walk to the historical center, with a grocery store around the corner along with beaches outside the door an added bonus was free parking outside the door and a free lot 1 block away as well. The place was very clean. We did not use the kitchen other than the Nespresso (bring your own pods) but seemed to be decently equipped with items should you stay in and cook. Lorenzo was always available to answer any questions we had, including providing a long list of restaurants and beach umbrellas. Thank you for the amazing stay and would certainly come back should we return to Puglia!

Apartament umiejscowiony w super miejscu. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i pomocny w razie pytań. Kuchnia wyposażona, pralka i żelazko do dyspozycji co jest dużym udogodnieniem

Minus taki że pobyt był rezerwowany i opłacona przez Booking i wpisaliśmy wiek młodzieży wg powyższych standardów. Niestety po opłaceniu dostaliśmy maila od właściciela obiektu, że będzie trzeba dopłacić za jedno łóżko bo liczone było dziecko ( dopłata wynosiła 300 euro - uważam że to było dużo). Na minus jedna łazienka na 5 osób (apartament zawierał dwie sypialnie i salon z dodatkowym łóżkiem) ale daliśmy radę.

Excelente ubicación, el parking está justo abajo del departamento, Fabio es un 10!!! La verdad totalmente recomendable.

Si tengo que marcar algo para mejorar es solo un detalle, falta algún accesorio en el baño para colgar toallas y toallones
