Sea side apartment with balcony and private park

L'appartamento era molto pulito, piccolo ma ben arredato e confortevole. L'appartamento dispone di tutto il necessario per cucinare; il divano letto si apre in 10 secondi, offrendo due posti letto adatti a due bambini o ragazzi. La posizione è strategica: a piedi si può raggiungere in 10 minuti il centro di Monopoli e alcune calette e lidi molto carini e, se ci si muove in macchina, si evita il traffico del centro. Il balcone è pienamente fruibile e molto gradevole, soprattutto nel pomeriggio; il parcheggio riservato e coperto è estremamente utile. Il proprietario, insieme alla sua famiglia, è molto disponibile e cordiale.

L’appartement était très propre. La literie confortable avec un très grand lit dans la chambre. L’environnement est calme. La propriétaire : très gentille, à l’écoute. Nous avons demandé un feu supplémentaire pour cuisiner, elle nous l’a apporté rapidement. L’appartement est confortable pour une famille avec 2 enfants.

Chauffe-eau un peu petit pour prendre 4 douches d’affilée.

I cannot rate this property highly enough. Facilities were outstanding and it was immaculately clean. Private parking was a bonus. Access to supermarket, laundry, bakery and cafes were in the local area. Walk into the historic centre was 10-15 mins walk so mobility essential. There were stairs to property. Francesco the host was amazing. A lovely young man. We utilised the local free beaches but also did the train to Polignano a Mare and the train station was walking distance. The view was beautiful. I recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a greate location. The aparment was exceptionally clean and everything felt new and well taken care of. I especially appreciate the small but important touches like dish soap and spong, shower gel and even an iron. Also, thank you for providing salt and pepper, tee and coffee :) -in our previous place there was nothing like that. And thank you as well for the transparency - no hidden fees, which we really appreciated. This place is highly recommended, it is wery close to both the see and the old town!
