The location was excellent, being only a few minutes walking distance to the Tengachara station. There is a direct express Nankai train service between Kansai International Aiport and Tengachaya station, so for foreign tourist, it was a breeze getting to and from the airport. Visitors could also use the appartment as a base for visiting other Japanese locations due to the excellent train services connecting Tengachaya station to various other locations. For us visiting Japan on an extended period, we found the closeness of the apartment to shops (711 store, supermarket, etc) very convenient for doing home cooking.

We found the kitchen in the apartment was lacking a few essential cooking utensils for doing home cooking on an extended period. For foreign tourists not used to sitting on the floor, we found some optional chairs around the coffee table in the lounge would make life a bit more comfortable.

The location of this property is convenient - it’s about a 30 walk to the station. The facilities provided were fine for our needs. We stayed here for 9 nights & used the property as a base to explore the local area and for day trips.

There is no space to hang clothes. There seems to be a huge closet in the main bedroom but it is locked. The apartment is on the ground floor and there is a lot of noise and disturbance - both internally (from upstairs) and externally. We were disturbed and woken every night - and kept awake into the early hours - by people shouting, traffic and delivery vehicles. These literally seem to be right outside the wall where you are sleeping.
