We really appreciated the Accommodation Guide provided by the owner with instructions (in English) on how to run various things in the apartment. They were also very prompt in responding to our questions and requests. The apartment was spacious by Japanese standards and having two bathrooms was a definite bonus, as their were four of us. Although the steep staircase was a first for us, I had been prepared for it from reading previous reviews. We would definitely consider staying at this place again when we are in Osaka next.

We found the futon beds to be harder than what we were used to. However, I have since found out that this is typical of Japanese futon beds so no fault of the place itself. The only suggestion I would make is - perhaps an extra layer of bedding for the futon beds could be offered as an option? In other places we stayed at in Japan, we were provided with this option, hence my suggestion.

天下茶屋站有地鐵，鐵路交通四通八達，站不大出口小，Google容易找到民宿位置，站附近有超市、藥妝，民宿設備齊全，環境寂靜，兩房間各有浴室及廁所，人多住方便。

浴空缺小掛衣勾，沖身時替換衣服不知放那裏，樓梯太陡，上落要小心。

地理位置好 環境安靜 備品準備齊全，走路5分鐘有商店街及小百貨，還有業務超市，周遭環境很便利！ 走路大概15分鐘可以到達天下茶屋地鐵站很方便！

樓梯真的太斜，不好提行李！ 入住時發現桌子下有點灰塵，其他地方也有小小的灰塵，但不引響住宿。
