房间干净、宽敞，可以很轻松的住下五个人；房间内设施齐全，热水壶、洗衣机、电饭煲、冰箱、微波炉等设施一应俱全，提供免费网络，提供足够的的洗澡洗漱用具与相当完备的餐具，有完整的厨房设备（灶台、洗菜洗碗的水池之类的），不过我们没有使用不知道好不好用；房间位置不错，离地铁站、通天阁都不远，均可步行到达（离通天阁相对远些，好像有一公里多？但是我们是走过去的），而且房间周围就有罗森便利店，买生活用品方便；房主提供了详细的入住说明、设施使用方式与注意事项；房间价格在日本内对比相对便宜，性价比不错。
烘干机效果较差，烘干衣物没什么效果，不过也有可能是我们使用的问题；楼梯比较狭窄、陡峭，上下楼梯时需格外注意。

とても清潔で、快適でした 食器も揃ってるし、洗濯ができて、洗剤もついてて、乾燥もできて、めちゃくちゃ助かりました。
しいて言えば、１階、2階、３階への移動がしんどかったくらいです。
