A localização é excelente. Existe estação de metro poucos minutos de caminhada. Existe supermercado em frente a estação, e diversas lojas de conveniencias proximas ao hotel. Possui 3 suites super espaçosas.

As camas são muito desconfortáveis (colchões velhos que te afundam) e travesseiros muito usados. As roupas de cama são muito simples e de baixa qualidade e as toalhas de banho são muito pequenas (foram as piores roupas de cama que usei durante toda a nossa viagem no Japão). Não usei a cozinha, pois os utensílios e mópveis tem aspecto de sujo e velho, com cheiro de mofo. Possui uma máquina de lavar roupa bem simpes (não usei, e que parece estar fora de uso há um bom tempo). Ficamos no apartamento térreo, e talvez por isso o quarto dos fundos tinha cheiro de mofo, pricipalmente perto da cama que fica no canto esquerdo do quarto (mas mesmo assim, preferi dormir lá porque o colchão era o menos pior entre todos os outros). A proprietária foi muito gentil e educada e guardou a nossa bagagem até o noite, o que possibilitou aproveitarmos melhor o nosso dia.

The location is very strategic, only about a 3-minute walk from Hanazonocho Subway Station. As soon as you exit from Exit 3B (which has an escalator), you will find a Daiso and a supermarket nearby, making it very convenient for us to buy groceries such as vegetables and other ingredients for cooking. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower, which is very comfortable for a group stay. It is also equipped with a kitchen and sufficient utensils, including an induction stove, microwave, and rice cooker, which made it easy for us to prepare our own meals. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Not only did the host assist us in contacting the airport transfer provider when we had difficulty reaching them, but they also kindly received our luggage that we sent from Tokyo and placed it inside the accommodation before our arrival. It was very convenient for us as our luggage was already there and ready when we checked in.

The only downside was that there was no proper place to hang or dry towels, and towels were not replaced daily. However, overall, this accommodation is highly recommended.

1. Location was great! Near to the subway, and in a quiet neighbourhood with supermarket just beside the subway entrance/exit, and shops nearby. 2. Landlady was very friendly, helpful, and very responsive. She heard that our daughter was not well, and checked if she felt better the next day, offering flu medication. 3. We especially liked that every room had an ensuite shower and toilet, so it was great for our group comprising 2 families and 1 single. 4. Quite well-equipped kitchen, good heating, and toilet with the usual Japanese bidet.

Needs more spoons. Would be good also to have a hanging rack/hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes. But these are minor issues. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay here.
