The room was very clean and cosy. Great facilities in the room. The place was very quiet. The beds were amazing and super comfortable. The staff responded to my message very quickly and the service was great. They went above and beyond to help me. The breakfast was super tasty. The place is very close to the subway and train station. Very well connected.

The location was great! Near a grocery store, station, and away from the city, which were the things I was looking for. I think on our second or third night there, my friend mentioned the fire alarm going off multiple times; well past midnight. Come to find out, it was a false alarm, but the facility emailed me regarding the incident and offered us, and their other occupants, a free drink the next morning at their cafe as compensation for the disturbance. It was really sweet and kind, and, for the first time, I felt bad for being such a heavy sleeper lol.

Ubytování je velmi pohodlné, moderní a velmi dobře vybavené. Nachází se v mírně odlehlé, ale tím pádem klidné části Osaky s dobrým spojem na letiště. Snídaně jsou poskytovány v přilehlé kavárně. Jedná se o 5 různých verzí typické japonské snídaně z čerstvých surovin. Vzhledem k omezenému počtu zásob však není možné snídaně nijak upravovat. Snídaně byly výborné, ale evropskou snídani s chlebem nečekejte. Velkou výhodou byla kvalitní a aktivní komunikace přes booking, kde jakýkoliv problém byl rychle vyřešen.

Ubytování je perfektní, jen se snídaněmi jsme naráželi občas na problémy způsobené neinformovaností zaměstnanců kavárny. Několikrát jsme narazili na problémy v komunikace kvůli jazyka, počtu snadni a obzvláště s nápoji, kde jsme do konce nepochopili, jak si objednávat a co je v ceně. Objednávali jsme každý den stejné nápoje, ale někdy po nás chtěli doplatek, někdy ne. Také bychom ocenili, kdyby nápoje byly přinášeny zároveň a ne že někdo dopijel kávu ve chvíli, kdy ji druhý dostal.
