The place is absolutely spacious, clean, and just about have everything you will need.
Each room is big and spacious. Each room has it's own toilet and bath, a mini-kitchen along with all the needed necessities, and even has an individual washing machine. There's two rooms each floor, and each room can accommodate 3-4 people easily. It's also next too the local Nankai Line and there's a near Metro Line where a Tamade Supermarket is near. The owner is also very accommodating and responds to any query I have which is fantastic and very helpful.
It's really not a big issue if you're always outside, but the vibration and noise of the trains passing is very hard to ignore especially if you're a light sleeper, this is somethng to consider but aside from that not much else.
