この度はありがとうございました。
近くにコインパーキングが多く、車でも滞在に困らなかった。コインランドリーも二軒隣に清潔で24時間営業のところがあり助かりました。ファミマも近かったので、車で来る場合場所はとても良かったです。
3階まであるのがわからず、各階のお部屋の様子が泊まるまでわからなかったが、今回2階ビリヤードはない部屋でしたが、その代わり？Switchがあり子供達が喜んでました♪アメニティもたくさん用意されてあり、綺麗でよかったです。お風呂はシャワーのみでしたが、広めなので子供と一緒に入れてよかった。
ホストからメールが来るものの、アプリで開けず返信ができなかった。1時間来るのを遅らせて欲しいという内容で対応できたから良いものの、アプリで返信ができなかった不具合と、4時からチェックイン可能であり、チェックインを19:00からだったのに、なぜ20:00希望だったのか理由も教えて欲しかった。
チェックインは返信ができなかったため、20:30に入りましたが、ハラハラしてしまった。
食器スポンジが少し汚れていて気になったので、改善されたら良いかなと思いました。

この価格帯でこれだけの設備は大満足でした。
また、急なトラブルにも迅速に対応していただき、とても助かりました。

It was great space. Plenty of room.
Lack of outlets near the beds, and around generally. Didn’t have trash or hanger in the shower area. Could benefit to have a couple hangers, trash and extra set up there to place stuff down like shower supplies, clothes and the towels. Can also use a bigger mirror or one mirror in the bathroom.
