Location is fine. Near to train station. Less than 3mins walk.

However, I was frustrated to know that we checked-in earlier at around 11am and have asked permission from the host earlier - there was no water supply. Contacted host. She said water supply will come only after 4pm (check in time). To me, I find it a bit calculative. If I am the host, I will not do that to my guests as they need water to boil for drinking water, shower, use toilet etc... Apart from this, the extra bedroom downstairs was a living room converted become a bedroom (extra mattress given). Only one toilet located downstairs. Bedroom upstairs need to climb up / down with steep stairs. Not suitable for old folks, or anyone whom has legs issue. I am sorry to say... I will not come back for 2nd stay. Location is good. With 2 grocery malls around. But they don't allow cooking. Only light cook such as instant noodles or boil eggs. If you are not a fussy pot, yes, you can stay here short term. Not for long stay. Not for couple friends traveling together. Families with kids still acceptable.
