great location, not very touristy. close to the train and bus station and large supermarket and some local restaurants. do the pre-checkin process--it will make your life easier. its just an apartment but meet our needs and was value for money. trains to main stations in osaka will cost you about Y300 1 way. Convenience shops close by for baggage shipping if you need to.

The close proximity to the train station and the tourist attractions. Universal studios was easily accessible from the train station close to the accommodation.
Everything was exceptional. The caretakers of the accommodation especially Debbie was so nice and gave us good recommendations where to go and also helped us open the lockbox when I was having a hard time opening it.

It was a decent sized space for the price, with acceptable amenities in the room, and very affordable.
The area around isn't the nicest, being the nishinari ward. Took a day or two to get used to but it's not necessarily an unsafe area just lower income. Fewer things to do in the immediate area. The room had a couch that could have been vacuumed a little better but overall it was ok. For the price I can't complain too much.

inside the apartment was clean and had a full kitchen. the shower, washing machine and toilet are all cleaned. cooking top, cooking utensils are also good.
The air-condition(A/C) filter was full of dust, I had breathing issue after the first day and then checked the A/C filter was very dirty. The fan blades were full of dirts, so please clean and maintain the A/C regularly.
The balcony was very dirty as well. The screen was pretty much black when I cleaned it with a hand towel. It looked like the balcony area was never cleaned, the screen the glass were full of dust and dirt.
