Exceptional stay during our week visit! Room had all the amenities we needed, closely located to Tengachaya station, surrounded by local restaurants, shops and grocery store. Great price and very simple booking, check in and check out process. Very highly recommended!

inside the apartment was clean and had a full kitchen. the shower, washing machine and toilet are all cleaned. cooking top, cooking utensils are also good.
The air-condition(A/C) filter was full of dust, I had breathing issue after the first day and then checked the A/C filter was very dirty. The fan blades were full of dirts, so please clean and maintain the A/C regularly. The balcony was very dirty as well. The screen was pretty much black when I cleaned it with a hand towel. It looked like the balcony area was never cleaned, the screen the glass were full of dust and dirt.
