location was superb & quiet with loads of restaurants nearby.
best part was the hidden railway that's 4 min walk away.
supermarket is also a 5min walk away.
loads of izakaya nearby for drinks and skewer
aircon was not ideal or might had been abused where it doesnt warm up the room as fast/hot during the cold night

j’ai adoré séjourner dans cette villa et ce quartier. Au départ j’avais des aprioris car le quartier n’a pas forcément une aussi bonne réputation que Namba ou autre plus au centre. Et pourtant c’est le lieu idéale si on souhaite éviter la foule. Profiter d’un moment de slow Life. Il est vrai qu’il n’y a pas autant de restaurants et bar comme dans le centre mais il y en a quand même et c’est très satisfaisant. Le logement est situé à proximité de lignes de métro centrale à Osaka. Les meilleurs spots accessible à 20/30min. Ideal
J’aurais aimé que les volets de l’espace jardin/zen puisse s’ouvrir plus.
Et il faudrait probablement boucher le trou près de la climatisation.

We booked this property for our annual visit with friends who live on the same street. Wow! We fell in love with it and will definitely be back every year! The house was so spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed! Easy access to Tengachaya station, shops and our favourite Izakaya! This house is incredible value for money and n a convenient location to visit all that Osaka has to offer!
After long days of pounding the pavement and visiting World Expo, we would have loved to have a couch in the living room to collapse on!
The only mirror is in the bathroom, a full length mirror on the wall outside the toilet upstairs would be great!
This property is the best we have stayed in on our visits to Tengachaya. We will return!!
