Casa Ballycastle Town Centre

Characterful first and second floor accommodation on the high street with secluded courtyard. Convenient for the high street shops and 10 mins walk to the lovely sandy beach. Metal steps up to first-floor apartment entrance. Wide entrance hallway with stairs up to bedrooms and shower room. Good size kitchen and sitting/dining room. All well furnished with lots of homely touches. Handy having a second loo on the same floor. We would stay again.

Nothing specific. Some traffic noise from the high street but we got used to it.

I received really clear instructions a few days beforehand about how to enter the common area to collect my key from a lockbox. The whole process was very simple and easy to understand. This was our second time staying at this property and the main reason we chose it was because we knew how clean, tidy and modern it was from our previous visit. Property has all mod cons you would expect from a new property including excellent wifi, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room and comfy beds. The location is superb in the centre of town with all facilities including supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy and parking all withtin easy walking distance. We felt safe and secure in our accommodation too.

Ballycastle was a lovely little town.

Lock box was stiff to use, kitchen was lacking utensils, WiFi was not good- couldn’t stream anything on the tv. Had to empty the dishwasher on arrival. Although we liked the central location, road noise was awful at night from boy racers.
