Excellent accommodation and responsive staff & value for money

Location near station. Easy access with door code. Calm, clean, modern decor, warm, modern shower room. Staff were EXCELLENT in responding to my calls about WiFi and check out. There is a free pleasant waiting room. Pizza restaurant across the road :) easy walk to shopping area in daytime.

Needed more coffee and tea. I only had fruit teas in room. There was no desk space for a laptop in the studio. Sadly there were no hot or cold drinks available to make in the waiting room - but this is a very small thing. Women should be aware that walking around at night in this area does not feel safe. Very dark streets and a few bars.

Tiny but clean apartment, close to city center and to train station

It's good value for money, and with a location close to both city center and train station. It was clean, functional.

The windows of my apartment opened onto the busy street, this can be a problem if in the night you want to leave your windows open: it's noisy. Also, the blinds on the windows need repairing, I tried to raise/lower them at first and quickly stopped because they were stuck or half-broken already.

The location is excellent, only a short walk to the Hauptbahnhof. The room and en suite are a good size.

Good for the money, but parking can be an issue, there's no A/C, and it's noisy outside at night.

Good spot for the money. The apartment was clean and well-marked, which made it pretty easy to find.

Parking and noise. The apartment owners own 9 apartments and only have 2 parking spots. I had to move my car the last night, park on the street, and pay. No A/C (which is common), so we had to leave the windows open and it was loud every night outside, throughout the night!

Perfect place for a couple of nights.

I like that the apartments were off the Main Street so we were able to walk everywhere.

At night since we had the windows open, the outside traffic became a little noisy.

Perfect to explore K-town

Very convenient and easily accessible location without frills. Clean and practically furnished. Full self service with nice common areas.

The neighbors were talking at 3 a.m. and you can hear them well through the walls. There’s a TV in the room with a small but bright light. For light-sensitive sleepers it’s best to bring a cover.

O Local, a centralidade, estar perto da estação de comboios e dos autocarros.

Zimmer sauber und gut, Mehrzweckraum enttäuschend

Zimmer ist sehr sauber, tolle Lage

Absoult enttäuschender Mehrzweckraum im Erdgeschoss. So gut wie kein Geschirr, verdreckte Industrieküche, verstaubte Teller, fehlende Seife und Tücher. Wir soll man hier bitte gescheid was kochen und danach sauber machen. Da steht da extra so ein professionelles küchen ding, aber nicht eine Spülmaschine??? Ist Deutschland schon so arm dran? Und zum Spülen steht da Badreiniger? 5 punkte abzug für so eine Zumutung, siehe Bilder. Für den Preis gibt es bessere Airbnbs und apartments in Lautern. Kostet doch nicht die welt sowas…

Schönes kleines Apartment. Es gibt alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist super, wenn man zu Fuß zum Stadion des FCKs möchte.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in KL, ich komme gerne wieder.

Kurze Wege zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Als der Code zum Öffnen der Zimmertür nicht funktionierte, war per Telefon sofort jemand erreichbar und kurze Zeit später der freundliche Hausmeister vor Ort.

Das Studio lag leider zur Straße hin, Schlafen bei geklapptem Fenster unmöglich.

TOP Studio - gerne wieder

Das Studio war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es gab eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeeautomat, Wasserkocher, im Bad eine ebenerdige Dusche, einen Fön, Kleenex-Tücher und sogar Hygienebeutel. Im Erdgeschoß gab es einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit großer Küche und Küchentheke, sogar das ältere Treppenhaus war sehr schön renoviert. Alles einfach nur TOP.
