A extrema amabilidade da Florbela, sempre disponível; a localização da casa e o estacionamento à porta; as comunidades e conforto da casa, o extremo bom gosto na decoração; internet muito boa, cozinha bem equipada e tem terraço com churrasqueira. Próximo do centro histórico de Óbidos, praias Lagoa de Óbidos, supermercados muito próximo da casa e acesso rápido a autoestrada.
Dificuldade: encontrar o acesso direto à casa com carro, pois GPS envia para rua abaixo e não se consegue visualizar de imediato a praceta e a casa quando entramos na estradinha certa. Mas só custa a primeira vez.
