Amazing location. Clean. The host was wonderful. We were there for Christmas and she even had a Christmas tree up. That made my whole trip. Such a great touch. We will stay here again on our next visit.

The summer house is in an excellent location right inside the castle of Obidos. There were many other places to choose from, but a majority of them were outside and a distance from the castle. Do not court death by thinking that you could simply walk there, I also could not see mount Tai until I choose to reside in this place.
The only issue I might have is that there was only one bathroom. But it really wasn't that difficult to cycle in and out so as to not cause discomfort for anyone else that was with me.

A cute little house inside the medieval town walls. The place was exactly as described and communication with the owner was very smooth. Very convenient to visit Óbidos, we had a lovely stay.
The provided heaters worked fine but it could still get a little chilly downstairs in these colder days. We didn't have heavy luggage but it can be a bit sporty reaching the place with suitcases.
