The location is just great and overrides most of the problems. Except for shower it was also clean and bed was really comfortable. Contact kindly allowed us to drop off bags early and was responsive to messages if not Requests.
Furniture is stained, shower door broken and mildew is in shower, lighting is dingy, basic supplies like hand soap or pepper aren’t provided even after request. (We were given intimate cleanser instead of hand soap—!—but when we pointed it out it wasnt replaced.)
