A lakás tökéletes helyen van, metró megálló 150 méterre, az Akropolisz múzeum és az Akropolisz déli bejárata 400 méterre van, de a legtávolabbi látványosság is maximum fél órás sétával elérhető. A közvetlen környék tele van reggelizőhelyekkel és éttermekkel, ugyanakkor a lakás mégsem volt zajos. A kulcsátvétel nagyon egyszerű. Az apartman a 3. emeleten található, lift van. A lakás tiszta és jól felszerelt, a vendéglátók nagyon finom üdvözlőitalt és a hűtőbe egy üveg ásványvizet készítettek be. Terasz is van, ahol nagyon kellemes volt reggelizni, kávézni. Két dolog rontotta az élményt: a fürdőszoba elég kicsi, illetve a fürdőszoba melletti két szobában lévő ágyak minden mozdulatra nagyon nyikorognak, ami elég kellemetlen tud lenni.
