Located in the heart of Athens , close to the Temple of Olympian Zeus, this masterfully completely renovated residence is a superb choice for you next stay in Athens.
Within 50 meters distance from the pedestrian walkway leading to all important Athenian main attractions including the Acropolis Museum (3 min walk), the Acropolis area including parthenon monument, theatre of Dionysos, the ancient Roman agora and Adrian Library (5 min walk), as well as the Plaka area.
All beds are equiped with American imported mattresses and furnished with high quality linens and pillows which provides to the guests an ultimate sleeping experience. In each bedroom exist a 43 smart TV flat screen, individual stereo system with USB doors and seperately ample closet space.
The living room features two comfortable sofas and includes a 70 smart TV hdmi 4k flat screen with surround sound system.
The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a separate service room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and two blow dryer.
The house is centrally heated during the winter months as well as individually air-conditioning units.

The property was very trendy & nice! It’s perfectly located just a quick walk to full area of town to stroll through! Like a huge quaint neighborhood! Only issue was the one Air-Conditioning unit in a bedroom didn’t work! It was so hot, but they brought us a fan. We would have not made it without the fan though. They did try to fix it while we were there, but they were going to have to replace the unit I think so it took a bigger repair than expected. I’m sure they have it fixed now we were there in the middle of June. Our contact at the location was great and very responsive. We had a very good time and the house was great!
