Great Design Apartment Near Acropolis And Top Sights, Free Wi-fi

The apartment is spacious and our only complaint is due to our age (79 and 80) and my husband’s height (6’3”). The living room furniture was quite low but comfortable. So we would sit and getting up was interesting. It was really amusing.

We stayed 11 nights and used the apartment as a base-camp to tour Athens and took six day trips all over the place. Key Tours (also highly recommended) is just around the corner. The apartment is a lovely place to stay for a while and is very much in the centre of things - and there’s an AB supermarket just around the corner. Would stay there again should we come back to Greece.

This was so much better than staying at a hotel! The location was near everything! The neighborhood is clean and very safe. The place is charming and cozy! It’s perfect for a couple. We are going to be telling our friends about this place. It’s near the metro, the museum, and the Acropolis. All in a walking distance! Great places to eat! I would stay here again for sure!

This unit is located on the 4th floor with a lift and it is walking distance to everything. Thankful for the manager Efi for taking my phone call a little bit after 12 am because my hubby’s passport, laptop, cash etc. were stolen from the unit due to break-in. It is suspected that thieves made their way in from the patio by going through the roof and down to the unit. Unfortunately no cameras are installed in front of the patio nor the front door. Efi suggested that we go to the embassy to obtain a new passport and offered to call the taxi driver who checked us in the unit to give us a ride in the morning. As this was our first visit in Athens, it was great that Efi arranged our airport pick up through a cab driver for €50 who also checked us in the unit. The driver helped us with our luggage and gave us instructions how to turn on the hot water, open/lock the building entry door, front door of the unit as well as the patio door with a metal security/blinds from the outside that goes up and down if the patio door is to be opened/closed. The taxi driver also asked us what day we were leaving and offered to drop us to the cruise port for €25 which we agreed to do. Unfortunately, the taxi driver wasn’t available to take us to the cruise port so we didn’t get to see him and thank him in person. Overall, despite of our traumatic experience, just be vigilant. Athens is beautiful! This unit is close proximity to everything.
