We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in August 2025. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had clearly been recently renovated, which made for a comfortable and pleasant environment. The price was reasonable given the space and amenities offered. While the lobby area appears a bit dated and hasn’t been renovated, any initial concerns quickly disappeared once we stepped into the apartment itself. The host was very accommodating—allowing us to drop off our bags early so we could begin exploring Athens—and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, with easy access to Plaka and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus route, making it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel beside it has a lovely rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the Acropolis. The only downsides were the firmness of the bed, which may not suit everyone, and a persistent noise coming from outside the building—possibly from a main air conditioning unit. The noise wasn’t noticeable during the day, but we definitely recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks. Would recommend for those looking to stay near the heart of the city.

I gave this property a bad review because it advised a balcony, and stove. None of the apartments have a balcony in the whole building. Eight days and we had to buy toilet paper not even a bottle of water in the fridge. I come to Athens every 3 months worst property I've stayed at.

Excellent location close to restaurants and the Acropolis. Room was clean and had all the little details expected. Spending the evening on balcony enjoying the lit up Acropolis was perfect

The apartment was clean and served its purpose. Nothing special, but not bad either. The location was great, very close to the Acropolis and Plaka village and a nice breakfast restaurant across the road. The bed was very comfortable, the shower water pressure excellent. The building itself was a little seedy, the main entrance tucked in between 2 car rental businesses, yet it didn’t feel unsafe. All in all, very good value for the money. If traveling on a budget but not wanting to stay in a hostel, I would definitely recommend this place.

Property was perfect walking distance to plaka , main shopping area and acropolis. Very clean and very homey. We had an awesome time. We actually stayed in the hotel more than out in Athens since when we went there were constant riots . We felt very safe and secure inside

Very satisfied with the overall accommodations. The room was exactly as described and the pictures were accurately depicted. Only complaint was we wish the a./c in the bedroom would adjust lower by a couple of degrees. Great stay. Would definitely stay again. Checkin would have gone smoother if Expedia had notified me that the facility would do it's communicating with me thru Whatsapp. After a call to Expedia it was immediately solved....thanks.

We rented a small apartment with a balcony for five nights. Location was great if you like to walk. 20 or 30 minutes walk to just about everything you might want to see. Is located on a busy Street so we were concerned about the noise when we checked in complete, but the insulation with the glass windows and balcony door did the job well, no problem with sleeping. We missed having a microwave to warm up food, left over from restaurants or take out. There is an oven, but that surely doesn't work for warming up drinks or other food very well. Also, we are big coffee Drinkers and the Pod machine make such a small quantity, one has to go through many pods if you are a big coffee drinker. Overall though, was a nice day for the money.

Location was great. Just 15 minutes walk to Acropolis and the museum, as well as the Acropolis Metro Station. Room was comfortable, lots of hot water, good shower. Enough of a kitchen for simple meals and snacks. Great WiFi and smart TV. Elevator!

Very close to many historic sites, shopping and dining options. Didn’t like ONE bath towel per person for 8 nights. Also didn’t like no trash bags nor instructions as to what to do with trash when full.Extremely limited amenities. Bare bones basics only. Very hard mattress and couch. Hard to beat the location though. Close to metro, bus station and trolley line.

The location of the apartment is great, there’s a metro stop within a couple minutes walk but most attractions are walkable anyway. A couple of the tour companies have their pickups around the corner too for day trips. However my apartment often had a loud generator type noise which often kept me awake, there’s also only net curtains and on such a bright Main Street some blinds or black out curtains would be my preference. The kitchen facilities are very basic (one huge saucepan for example). But the shower was good and internet was ok with just the odd dropout. So a mixed bag.

Lets be honest this is not a 5 star hotel but its a solid 4. Its a clean well located apartment within walking distance from the entrance to the Acropolis and Plaka. Parking can be a bit of an issue if you have a car. I would definitely stay here again its a great value for the money.

This place is super conveniently located, the business is very responsive via chat and right next to many of Athens downtown attractions by walk. Its also budget friendly and safe. We had one issue with the shower missing an entire panel on the door - leading to the bathroom floor always getting soaked and because a hassle to keep it clean. Knowing this, this room should not have been rented until it was fixed as it could easily have become safety issue if someone slipped on the wet floor. Bonus: they have a complementary luggage storage in the basement that is secure and allows you to checkout and roam without worrying about the luggage. This place is also right next many car rentals and so I find that very convenient as well about the location (bonus because I didnt know about it and found it very convenient).

quite room away from the busy street. Very minimalistic which is our stylee, however, the beds we a little bit too firm for our taste. The location is very central to the major archeological sites. The pantheon museum was only a few minute from the building. and There were a number of rooftop bar/restaurants close that overlooked the acropolis/parthenon after dark

This was a hidden gem! It was exactly what I needed to stay for a week in Athens, in downtown. They have everything you need if you want to make your own food instead of going out to eat: dishes, a kettle, a hot plate, a fridge, nespresso machine…iron, ironing board, etc. it was quiet (although I do play white noise from my phone when I travel), close to so many things, super convenient. I would 10000% stay again.

The main sites are 15 to 20 minutes of walking. We were able to see the Acropolis from our balcony. There are some amazing restaurants around the corner. We also landed early and the folk who run the property were extremely helpful with luggage storage so we were able to wander around. I’m definitely going to stay here again on my next visit.

There were pros and cons. The communication was great. The property was responsive and detailed. However the property itself was just ok. The building is old and run down. The unit was fine but we encountered a cockroach. Notified management and they seem unphased and said it’s just the season. I’m sorry but that is not acceptable. They need pest control. To add to inconvenience the wifi network was down the entire day we were there. Management called and said it’s a network problem so it wasn’t their fault. The furniture is cheap and the place smelled musty. After the cockroach encounter it was difficult to fall asleep knowing there could be more. Luckily we were only there for one night. I would not stay there for anything longer. We did not feel comfortable there.

Nothing exceptional. An average place and a decent spot to lay your hat while you sightsee. Building could do with some upkeep and the balcony promised was no where to be found. It would be nice to communicate with property management by phone especially when we didn’t have power upon arrival for close to three hours.
