Amazing location - would rebook forever and ever if they maintained the rooms a little bit better

Location is amazing!

Rooms need a little bit of better maintenance and cleaning. For example there were a couple of minor things like a tile and the door knob in the bathroom that needed to be fixed. Cleaning wise also since the headboard of the bed was fabric and it was completely yellow (instead of grey which was the color) since it obviously has not been cleaned for a while.

Almost nothing.

There is no receipt and almost no customer support (it’s a big company running several locations) Bed sheets have not been changed between me and the previous stay(bed full of hairs ,stains) I have called the staff by phone and because there is no cleaning service or cleaning staff (they rely on a subcontractor company) I had to fully make the bed on my own. The following day reception staff by email wrote to be happy for having resolved the issue(very silly isn’t) Coffee machine has been previously used and never cleaned(after reporting it with a very clear picture,their reply was that the coffee I had found is complimentary(not sure if they had looked at my picture) Hairdryer was not working properly,because the filter is full of dust. Only two slow lifts for reaching the 6th floor. Building is next to the main road and traffic.

I have been staying at Athens Raise Acropolis Project since 2021, every time I visit Athens. The only things I ask for are clean bedding, a comfortable mattress and good pillows. This time, the mattress was terrible and the pillows were the same. It felt as if I was sleeping on stones. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue. Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced regularly when they are used by thousands of guests. Additionally, the base of the wardrobe was broken, with two exposed nails that could easily scratch anyone trying to use the hairdryer or the iron.

The location is really superb, it’s easy to access and the little apartment is well designed, the shower has great pressure and overall it’s a great location to stay: walking distance from the Acropolis as sellas from Plaka etc

Apartments with a great location for people without high demands.

The apartment is located in the center of Athens, a 5-minute walk from the Acropolis. Plaka is nearby, and shopping streets are nearby. It's easily accessible from the airport by metro, even with heavy suitcases. Check-in is very convenient, using coded locks. We contacted the hosts remotely, and they responded very quickly to inquiries. The apartment has everything you need for a stay, although everything is minimal. You can use the luggage storage room on the ground floor, which you can also obtain the code for the lock remotely. Although the room is not new, everything worked perfectly without any problems. The bed was comfortable. The curtains really blocked out the light.

The apartment definitely needed some renovation. Even though everything worked, it felt like something was about to break. The walls, furniture, and some of the dishes were quite worn. The dishes were bare essentials. We needed a large salad bowl, a small saucepan, a decent sharp knife, and cutting boards. We were surprised there was no microwave. Apartments that allow for cooking usually have one. Our apartment's windows overlooked a fairly noisy street.

Cozy apartment close to Akropolis.

The small apartment had everything you need: a good bed, great shower and comfy airco. It is nicely located close to all major sights. The communication with the management was smooth and swift. They were very accommodating.

I slept at the front, which is a main road. I had to get used to it a bit, but then I slept very well.

Great Location, Great Price

Location Location Location - property is situated within 3 min walking distance of restaurants/cafes, Plaka district and 15 mins to Acropolis, although on major road absolutely no road noise. Apartment was very clean, it was basic, I feel the beds, lounge chair needs replacing as bed is a bit hard and the lounge chair has lost its softness, aircon was welcomed and worked extremely well. Bathroom small, but still workable and has walk in shower. Can get noisy in hallway with other guests checking in and the beeping of the keypad but short lived! I stayed for 5 nights and it was brilliant. Self checkin worked fab, communication and photos of property very helpful. Would stay there again.

Overall good stay, knowledgeable hosts, very clean facilities and felt safe.

Room was large and very clean and there’s an elevator in the building. Was also able to store my luggage in the basement before check in time. The host is also quick to respond on WhatsApp.

Worth noting these are just apartments, it’s not a hotel, so there is no reception. The building is also on a big busy street, which luckily wasn’t too loud for sleeping. However the walls of the room were pretty thin so I’d here the other guests in the hall.

I had a small problem with collecting the keys, as the code for the key box was not correct, so I had to call and text the management at 1100 pm; fortunately someone was at the other end and they managed to open the key box remotely.

Perfect location, perfect size, great price

Location, apartment size was great and was so nice to have space, and the balcony. Water pressure and shower was awesome!!! We met the cleaning staff and they were very sweet and did a fantastic job

Nice room at a good location for a Great price

Great location, you are close to city center and major attractions. Supermarket and shops are also not far. Comfortable, clean no fuss room for short stay for a great price. Parking for the car is not far away. This was a big plus for me as finding an parking spot and for a good price at Athens center is not easy.

It is on a very busy and noisy street and I like quiet place but you will hear the noise only if you open the window. So at the end this was not a problem at all.

The only good thing was the location near the Acropoli, although it was facing a very noisy street and there are other options for a better price in the area (which we’ll use in our last few days in Athens)

The room was noisy. The bed mattress was terrible. The bathroom had a sink problem and the humidity smell was impossible to get rid of. The water overflowed when we showered, flooding the floor of the bathroom and the kitchen equipment was very poor. This place is not worth it, don’t book here.

Very convenient stay near the acropolis and the metro station.

The room has everything we needed, especially it got a kitchen. We were able to reheat and refrigerate the food.

The air conditioner made the room feel very dry and sultry, as it doesn’t have much functionality. We were awake several times. The window needs to be opened to have the fresh air.

Perfect location and almost perfect room, but the imperfections were quite annoying

The room was very clean, basically spotless! Very good location, close to Acropolis, Zeus Temple and National Garden. Well equipped kitchen (toaster, small cooking stove and kettle) and bathroom, working TV with Netflix and Youtube. GREAT value for the price

The shower didn't work properly, there would only be scalding hot or ice cold water. The rooms and/or doors aren't well sound-isolated, we could clearly hear our neighbours "enjoying" eachother... it felt a bit uncomfortable... But of course for the price these things are to be expected.

Great apartments in near the Acropolis

The apartments were only a few minutes of walk away from important landmarks and attractions. They were easily reached with public transportation. The place was very clean and quiet despite being near a travelled road. The check in was and check out processes were smooth and easy. The staff was cordial and helpful.

The keypad of the main building entrance was a bit faulty. They didn't have a bidet.

A nice play to stay visiting the centre of Athens

It was very well located and the bed was very comfortable.

Heating was from air-condition which is not a good solution for everyone’s health and of course is not heating as good as radiation

DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE. The door to my room did not lock and the owners did not offer to help in any way when I contacted Booking.com. In fact, there were not even contactable by the site until the following day. I was on the fifth floor and was not advised that the lift was broken so needed someone from the street to carry my suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. Furthermore, there is zero lighting at night so you walk up/down a dark staircase which is dangerous and may cause a fall. For these reasons I changed hotels on the first night. Do not stay here. It is dilapidated, poor value and unsafe, without functioning locks on doors. This hotel did not care that I was a solo female traveller who is unable to carry a heavy suitcase up 5 flights of stairs, or that having a lock on a room door is a basic necessity. Please take my warning, save your money and stay elsewhere.

The location was great. Self check-in and access to the room by code was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the blinds very effective. Even though the room faced a very busy street, it was still quite quiet. The little kitchen was stocked well enough so that we could make pancakes in the morning.

The biggest issue was with warm water. It took a long while for the water in the shower to get warm and one time it just stayed luke warm the whole time. Even after waiting for 10 minutes for the temperature to get warmer at full heat. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay attached to the bowl. The refrigerator in the kitchen was quite loud at times. Once the door to the bedroom was closed, the noise wasn’t noticeable.
