Location, Access, layout & such were exceptional

3 small challenges - 1. Internet was very slow which meant social media or online watching was non-existent 2. Shower head holder did not hold shower head 3. Pillows were not great

Location

The location is very good, very nice area. When you sleep at night it’s very noisy. There is not even a sun blind curtain, I could sleep well because of the noise from street and wake up early because of the noise and light. The shower head is not working probably, it’s not hold position, make it not convenient to use, the toilet is not flushing correctly every time I need to turn on and turn off the valve. The owner knows the problem earlier of the shower head and said it was OK, but it was not OK. Very hard to use. They gave me wrong instruction to get the key, it took me at least 30 minutes to communicate and ask, the manager seems did not know where it was, and was not a problem solver at all. She kept telling me the same thing, they did not even took a right picture of the building, created the problem for the client to find. The house is spacious, price is good. Overall experience is just OK.
