Very cozy, clean apartment, super location. Great communication with the owner. Any raised question was answered as soon as possible. The most impressive was that regular check-in to the apartment is at 15.00, but when I asked the owner about possibility to check in earlier because I arrived to Athens earlier, he made his best and gave me this possibility. I appreciate such caring attitude towards costumer. I am pretty sure if I come back to Athens I will choose this place.

All good, very nice flat in nice surrounding
Please update the picture/instructions when informing about keybock location, as there are really a lot of keybox on the pilars in front of the location...Also maybe put a warning sign in the bathroom to switch on the boiler for hot water.

Easy access via a lockbox. I appreciated the quick response as I booked very last minute. Perfect location and surprisingly quiet with the windows closed.
I loved the small balcony, and you could see the Parthenon if you looked at right angle :)
The couch could use a deep clean or replacement. Needing to remember to turn the hot water on 20 minutes ahead of using it isn't ideal, but not that big of a deal.
I now know it's quite common for the shower head not to have a hook to hang it in Greece, but it seems to me it would be possible in this particular bathroom, and it would be nice for travelers.

very central location next to Acropolis museum, relatively newly renovated, nice kitchen with huge fridge, TVs in both rooms (did not use) and balcony; apartment in 2nd floor and fully equipped.
The apartment floor and the couch seemed to be longer not decently cleaned; only bathroom door could be closed, both doors to living room (with couch for kids) and sleeping room were not able to completely close, one could be closed half, the other one was renovated (repainted) and did not fit anymore. In the entrance area of the building (not in the apartment) we stepped on a cockroach; Wifi Signal and connection was not good in the apartment;
