La sympathie de notre hôte qui avait laissé de petites attentions ( eau,,bière, confitures et biscuits)
La situation ( centre ville à pieds avec ballade au bord de l'eau )
Jolie décoration très cosy.
Sombre à cause du rez-de-chaussée.
La salle de bain moins moderne que le reste de l'appartement.

Carmela was beyond amazing — such a warm, thoughtful, and attentive host! The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly need: a fully equipped kitchen, a handy utility room with a washing machine, extra sink, vacuum, and more. The beds are super comfortable, and the blinds are incredible — perfect for us since we were traveling with a toddler, who thankfully slept in much longer than usual!
The location is great too — very convenient for exploring the area, with Olbia serving as a perfect base to travel around. The neighbors are friendly, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming and safe.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Carmela, for making our stay so enjoyable! We definitely recommend Carmela and her apartment — 100 out of 10!

Endroit spacieux et propre. Facilité de communication avec l’hôte. Salle de lavage et parasols très appréciés. Stationnement facile à trouver.
Seul point négatif est que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien.
