The accessibility was great as the property was in the center of town.
The room was clean and comfy. And the coffee machine was a plus for me:)
It was difficult to find our apartment since the address listed on Booking.com differed from the one for the appartment we stayed in.
Later, we figured that we'd received a message via text message for check-in info, including the address for the apartment, but I did not realize that, as my phone was nearly out of battery and I had turned off my phone data.

Great location. Decent price for Olbia. We were on the ground floor with our own entrance. Good air con and water pressure.
The flat feels a little damp. It had a musty smell and towels were yellowing. Very basic decor Coffee machine and fridge but little else. Clean. But tired
