Eleven Rooms & Apartments

Plenty of food for breakfast, coffee machine with good coffee, water and other beverage. The bed was comfy. A big advantage was having two balconies, both very wide.

The mini-fridge didn't have the freezer part. We cannot freeze the ice packs for the thermos, needed for the beach.

The location of these rooms / apartments is just absolutely amazing tbh. It is just far enough outside of the centre of this beautiful and amazing town to not be disturbed by noise, but it is close enough to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle within just 2 minutes. Olbia is a beautiful, charming and amazing town to be honest. It is also located perfectly to easily get to amazing beaches, other stunning islands and beautiful towns. The host Antonio is just absolutely amazing and makes the whole stay easy and memorable. Nothing is to much trouble for him and he thinks of lots of nice little touches to make the stay more pleaurable. He is ultra friendly, ultra polite and makes you feel like a valued guest (friend) even before you arrive. The coffee and coffee machine were excellent .... the complimentary snacks and cakes and drinks were really thoughtful. I absolutely will recommend these apartments to my friends and we will definitely return again. You have done amazing Antonio, you should be proud.

Look, I always want to be honest ..... all I said in my positive comments are absolutely the truth, in fact I could have continued with many many more positive things ...... But of course, I want to be open and honest too..... there were three things for us a family that were not 100%..... Firstly, the towels are super soft cotton and fresh clean and Antonio even changed them half way through our stay.... there are complimentary organic soap and body wash products supplied in each room/apartment so this part is amazing ..... but all the bedding and sheets and pillow cases etc are all 100% polyester... which seems weird for me when it everything else had an organic feel... and to be honest, sleeping in humid and hot locations with polyester bedding, is not overly comfortable. The communal roof terrace is omg soo sooo nice and we loved it there, a lot.... but, being honest it was a bit dirty and dusty, with some used cigarette butts on the ground and bits of rubbish etc (but to be honest, this was not Antonio's fault, he keeps all else clean and even provided ash trays and paper bins on the terrace.... it is lack of respect by some other lazy guests) The only other thing that for us was hard, was that we were a family of 5 so we rented one apartment and one family room. But for a holiday of 10 days, both the apartments and family room lacked and casual or comfortable seating areas to relax and lounge around (as the "sofa" in each room / apartment were made in to beds). So when in the apartment, we only had the choice of laying on our beds (in the apartment, there was a square table to eat at, with four plastic chairs). But as the room and apartment terraces didn't have any furniture, we had these plastic chairs outside.

Todo nuevo, en excelente estado. La habitación #2 es amplia, ideal para 3 adultos. Dormimos con mi esposa en la habitación principal y nuestra hija de 17 años durmió en la cama de la sala. El estacionamento propio es muy importante, porque en la zona es difícil encontrar espacios libres y vimos policías poniendo multas a vehículos mal estacionados. Antonio muy atento, respondió siempre muy rápido y brindó información precisa. Excelente ubicación para ir a las playas de Cosa Smeralda en auto y además a 10 minutos del aeropuerto.

Nada nos disgustó. El precio nos pareció un poco alto pero por supuesto es decisión de cada uno. Quizá era la temporada alta o la poca anticipación.

Beautiful clean apartment with a balcony and terrace. Very friendly, helpful owners. We very much appreciated being allowed to check in early and any questions answered quickly. Small parking space was a big bonus for us and within walking distance to the many lovely restaurants.
