La posizione è sicuramente un punto di forza. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito ed è ben condizionato.
L'accesso risulta difficoltoso perché per entrare nell'appartamento bisogna salire dei gradini, almeno una decina, piuttosto ripidi. Le finestre sulla strada non chiudevano bene. L'arredamento è piuttosto datato. Il parcheggio non si trova facilmente, almeno in questo periodo.

Gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt, die Wohnung war absolut sauber. Klimaanlage.
Die ganze Wohnung ist schon ziemlich alt, auch die Einrichtung. Die Betten quietschen und die Stühle wackeln zum Teil. Auf den Bildern sieht alles besser aus als es ist.Leider ist bei der Wohnung kein Parkplatz inklusive, diesen muss man in den total überfüllten Straßen selber suchen.

Appartement spacieux, la Clim est un atout majeur, la proximité avec le quartier historique.
La vue n’est pas exceptionnelle et la télé devrait être dans le salon et non dans une des chambres.

appartement tres proche du centre ville et des zones pietones le long du port, ideale pour visiter a pied. spacieux pour trois personnes, avec cuisine et salle de bain bien equipee. 3 lits et un canape pour dormir. parking gratuit au pied du logement et restaurants et superettes a proximite.
les prises n'etaient vraiment pas pratique, nous avons eu du mal a recharger tous nos appareils electroniques sur la seule nuit que nous avons passee sur place. certains murs ont des traces d'humidites ou des cables apparents
