Lovely view nice balcony . Modern and clean . Easy online checkin so you can arrive at anytime It’s above an ice cream shop which didn’t bother us and also there’s a roof top bar which was fab . We would start or finish our night in there The music would be done by 11 ish 10 min walk to olbia centre and not far from the bus stop to take you to the beaches

Die Lage, die wunderschöne Aussicht, das Personal hat sich bemüht bei Störungen. Unkompliziertes einchecken! Die Bar oben ist sehr ansprechend mit gehobenem Publikum!
Balkontür war bei Anreise schon defekt, lässt sich nicht abschließen, kein Safe, Reinigungskraft hat es nicht bemerkt?! Balkon wird mit Zimmernachbarn gemeinsam genutzt, daher etwas heikel. Techniker konnte es am Folgetag nicht reparieren, weil das ganze Schloss getauscht werden muss. Vermute der Defekt ist schon länger bekannt und Reparatur wird aufgeschoben aufgrund der Hauptsaison. Seife und Toilettenpapier leer bei Anreise aber schnell Ersatz bekommen! Boden im Zimmer bei Anreise voller Staub in den Ecken, klebrige Flecken und Haare, Bad nur oberflächlich sauber, Duschwände voller Seifenreste vom Vormieter. Balkontisch klebrig von Getränkeresten... haben erstmal alles selbst gereinigt, was ging.
