Obiekt zlokalizowany przy spokojnej, ślepej uliczce. Można swobodnie zaparkować auto. Około 10 minut spacerem do centrum miasta Olbia. Apartament ładnie urządzony, posiadał na wyposażeniu wszystko co niezbędne.
