l'attenzione ai dettagli. La colazione a disposizione, le cialde (molte più di quelle che normalmente si trovano nei b&b...mi hanno fatto sentire a casa). Il bagno pulito, il letto matrimoniale ampio, il raffrescamento dell'appartamento, perfetto, a cui ha pensato il proprietario di casa. Consigliatissimo. Anzi non troppo...altrimenti rischio di non trovarlo più disponibile ;)

Very easy, comfortable place for one or two nights. Very helpful host. Had quality facilities and equipment. Very close to Forno Brisa the wonderful bread, patisserie and coffee shop. Buses into old centre are a block away.
Nothing. Though as it has little natural light for us it works best for short stays.

La struttura è davvero ben pensato e accogliente, molto luminoso, con giardino dove poter anche fare colazione, personalmente ho trovato il bagno veramente comodo e bello.
Da fuori si sentono i rumori della strada (è un piano terra) ma con le finestre chiuse il rumore sparisce quasi

Das Studio hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen! Fabio war stets erreichbar und äußerst freundlich. Der Check-In lief reibungslos. Auch die Anreise per Bus oder Bahn vom Hauptbahnhof Bologna war gut machbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, minimalistisch und dennoch praktisch eingerichtet mit modernem Bad/Küche und komfortablem Bett. Supermarkt, Pizzeria, Eisdiele und Park in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!
