All good.

I enjoyed the hot tub, as I needed to relax before having major neck surgery.
We lived 2+ hours away from the hospital and it was pouring rain the whole drive.
The 1 set of towels were in the washing machine. Not sure if washed.
The air conditioner in the kitchen area was extremely noisy, all night long.
Needed to be at the hospital by 6:30 AM.
It was sticky by the vanilla flavoring at the coffee machine.
No floor mat for coming out of shower.

the only qualm was the sheets weren’t on the bed upon arrival but that was an easy fix.

This is one of 4 or 5 cabins owned by the same person located together in a small forested area near Siloam Springs Arkansas. It was fairly new, nicely equipped (utensils, plates, cups, bowls, skillet, washer, dryer, full size fridge etc.). The bedroom and living room had large screen smart TVs and the cabin has robust WIFI. Bring your passwords and watch all your streaming services. There is a large deck with a table, hot tub and fire pit overlooking the forest- very peaceful setting. The owner (Joe) was on site attending to another cabin when we arrived- he came over to make sure we had everything we needed and helped us with the door code. He was very friendly and made sure we had his contact info. After that we never saw him again which I list as a positive- it's exactly what you want from a vacation rental. The price was also a great value. I would definitely stay here again.
This is not a complaint about the cabin- as I said above, it was great. It's more about how it was listed online. I was travelling with my elderly (80's) parents and searched for a 2 bedroom cabin. This is technically a ONE bedroom cabin with a loft above the bedroom with very steep stairs and around a 40" ceiling height. Anyone over five years old will crawl up there, not walk. Sleeping accommodations in the loft are two single mattresses on the floor, each made up with sheets, blankets and a pillow. The beds were comfortable enough, but that is all that was up there. When I got up in the morning, I sat on the edge of the mattress and realized my head was almost grazing the ceiling. Needless to say, my parents weren't going up there, so I took my 60 year old self up the stairs (ladder?) to the loft which was open to the living room/kitchen below and right next to the very loud mini-split AC system. This set up would be GREAT for a small family travelling with kids but was not ideal for three older travelers. Would have been awesome for two. It is a one bedroom cabin with a loft, definitely not a two bedroom. This is not to say it wasn't nice, it definitely was, I was just a little disappointed at the second "bedroom." As I said above, I would definitely stay here again if it was just me and my wife, but just know you if you have more than two people someone will be crawling to bed. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to know beforehand.

Our stay at Joe’s place was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Joe was kind, responsive, and flexible, making the experience easy and stress-free. My kids loved it, and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed. I highly recommend Joe’s place to anyone looking for a true home away from home.

Location
There was little bit of dust around windows and couch middle section was bent along with some buublegum stuck in the back, so we were not able to sit together. But overall everything was good.

The cottage was very quiet and home feeling. The goats in the field were a nice surprise! The bed was amazingly comfortable.
There was a dirty pizza pan and knife in the microwave oven from Previous guests. The shower did not drain properly. The hot tub water was greasy and dirty. The grill outside had literal food still on it. And the fire pit did not work.

Great location between Oklahoma and Arkansas. Wonderful stay! Easy to get to and you can tell that this Lil Cabin is well taken care of. Enjoyed the Whirlpool. Too bad pets aren't allowed though...
Loved everything.

This property was such an amazing place to stay. Far away from town where nobody will bother you, but close enough if you need anything. It honestly felt like a home away from home!
