Just steps away from downtown, this stylish home is your perfect retreat equipped with a salt water pool & indoor shuffleboard. It features all new stylish furnishings, throughout, high end linens, a full size indoor shuffle board table, huge deck and plenty of parking. Plus, an optional 700 sq. ft guesthouse with an additional private bedroom w/ Queen size bed, walk in shower and open concept
The Space:
Pool is private to the property, but may be shared with other guests if the guesthouse isn’t booked/ reserved with main house. Guesthouse rents for approximately $100 per night to reserve, plus $75 cleaning fee if used. There is a reservation sheet at the gate to reserve private swimming time. Pool is typically open mid April- Early October depending on weather/ the seasons changing.
