Manaslu plein centre charmant et chaleureux

El estudio es pequeñito pero muy bien aprovechado el espacio para estar unos días. Esta decorado con muy buen gusto y estaba super limpio. La cama, a nuestro parecer, era muy cómoda. La ubicación está muy bien, en plena parte vieja. Con una gran variedad de cafés y restaurantes alrededor y perfecto para recorrer los canales o ir al lago. Muy recomendable pasear por el marché que ponen varios días a la semana con productos locales, es espectacular.

Para los que son muy sensibles a los ruidos hay que tener en cuenta que el edificio, como todos en la parte vieja, es antiguo y las ventanas aislan menos que las modernas. Nosotros solo lo notamos la primera noche con un grupo de chavales que pasó gritando a pleno pulmón de madrugada (y a los que con gusto hubiera tirado un buen cubo de agua congelada). Pero en general dormimos super bien.

This is an adorable apartment, nicely decorated and complete with everything needed for a long or short stay (bathroom with shower, towels, and little bottles of shampoo and body wash; kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, pot, pans, cutting boards, utensils, dishes; living space with a couch and coffee table, and tv; bed with a comforter and pillows; WiFi; heaters and a mini fan). It’s well-located with walking access to all of the main village area, the lake, and bus stops. The wooden framed windows are also really nice and they open onto one of the village streets where there are stores and restaurants. Yes, there is street noise (restaurants and people walking around late, and then loud street cleaners and trash pick up early in the morning - like 5-6am), the windows do a good job of toning down volume but something to note since that’s a personal factor to consider. The unit is located one flight of stairs up from the street level; its also easy to navigate with a door code to get in, and then a short hallway to the stairs. Samy was responsive in getting my booking set up and communicative when anything would come up.

The entrance hallway has a hole in the ground covered with a small carpet, which is a bit of a safety hazard, and at the end of the hallway seems to be a recycling door but it looked like people had just thrown glass bottles in and the glass pieces were scattered out from under the door into the hallway, so also not great to be walking on that. It would have been nice to have some dish soup in the dish containers and a roll of paper towel in the kitchen (so I left a roll there), and the lot should be replaced since the handle is broken in half plus there are no lids. With that said, everything else was well-kept in the unit and cozy.
