Si nous devions revenir sur Annecy un week-end j'espère pouvoir à nouveau être dans ce logement ! Le lieu est confortable, agréable et proche de tous les lieux que nous souhaitions visiter. Un grand plus pour la salle de bain avec sa douche à l'italienne et sa grande baignoire.

Le charme de ce studio, la propreté irréprochable, les équipements, la réactivité et sympathie du propriétaire… et le lieu au cœur de la vieille ville qui rend le séjour encore plus parfait !
Peut être les stores ou les rideaux trop étroits laissant passer la lumière.

Emplacement parfait, studio très agréable et confortable, nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous !
À part le bruit dans la rue qui était prévisible vu la localisation, rien à redire, tout était parfait !

Localisation, salle de bain et cuisine très belles, hôte réactif par message
Le lit n’est pas du tout confortable, les rideaux ne sont pas assez larges pour les fenêtres, les fenêtres sont très vieilles et très mal isolée phoniquement.
