Spotless rooms comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff . This hotel lived up to my expectations . Would definitely recommend a stay there .

I surprised my wife with the booking as we were both off work to celebrate my birthday. She was impressed so much so she wants to go back next year in the summer.
On the last day however, we were served by a young man who didn’t seem to like my wife’s order and had a terrible attitude towards us but thankfully we were leaving afterwards.

The hotel is in walking distance of Boscastle shops and sea. The hotel is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and decor stylish. We had a very enjoyable stay and the beds are so comfy!

We stayed in the turret amd lived it's space and quirkiness. The hotel itself is lovely and keeps you fit as there are quite a few stairs, depending on where you're staying but it's decor and style is beautiful and we loved to read about it's history. Mat was so friendly and helpful and welcomed us warmly and ensured we got a parking space before helping us take our bags to our room. We ate out with family but came back to enjoy a cocktail in the bar, whilst listening to Shanty Sam. Breakfast was superb with every element full of flavour and cooked to perfection, which is unusual as with most cooled breakfasts, you normally find one thing overcooked/not tasty, etc but we enjoyed every bit of it. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again another time.
