Amazing accommodation, spacious, well appointed. Comfortable beds. Hot tub was brilliant and having an outside space. Didn't get chance to use the facilities except for The Lookout. Food was delicious. Can't wait to return 😀

Stayed in the lakeside apartment. Beautiful, high spec. We were greeted by the greedy ducks every morning. Extremely spacious grounds and quiet. Used the gym most mornings although it needs an upgrade! Staff were superb, even printed something for me. Would defo stay again!

This is not a Luxury Resort as claimed and the people manning the resort booking needs lots of training. They messed my booking by placing my son 's room (Special Needs) in the next block from mine.
There were no soaps or shampoos in this luxury resort. The office said that since Covid they have not placed soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Obviously they have not recovered from Covid.
On the last day, when we went to have breakfast at their cafe, the lady at the reception said, they do not do breakfast "today".
They're promoting their site for a return sign up with a 15% discount. It is obvious they a desperate to fill up occupancy. I will not be going there and will strongly ask others to reconsider if they are planning to go to this resort.
