הדירה נמצאת בלב הגטו היהודי של רומא, במרחק של דקות בודדות מהמסעדות הכשרות ובית הכנסת. ניתן להגיע בהליכה של 15 עד 20 דקות לרוב האתרים החשובים. יש תחנת אוטובוס במרחק 3 דקות הליכה. הבניין הוא בניין היסטורי עם סיפור מעניין, בצמות למזרקת הצבים ברומא. מיזוג האוויר מצויין, יש מרפסת, מכונת כביסה ומדיח כלים.
הדירה בקומה שנייה בלי מעלית, צריך לדאוג לפינוי הזבל בכמויות קטנות, כי אין פח מרכזי בסביבה.

מיקום מושלם. בלב הרובע היהודי. הליכה קצרה לכל האתרים המרכזיים וגם לתחנות האוטובוס הדירה עצמה מושלמת (לא פחות!). נראית הרבה יותר טוב במציאות מאשר בתמונות (שלטא מצליחות להמחיש כמה היא ענקית) למרות שהיא נמצאת מטרים בודדים ממסעדות וחנויות היא שקטה מאוד

Lindo departamento muy bien ubicado. Camas cómodas. Tenía todo lo necesario. Roberto muy amable y pendiente de todo en todo momento.
