Ochota majiteľa promptne reagovať prostredníctvom WhatsApp na akékoľvek požiadavky. Vynikajúca poloha. Dostupnosť kamkoľvek. Pohodlné postele. Čistota v apartmáne. Napriek sťažnosti na chýbajúci toaletný papier ochota majiteľa Andrea pristúpiť na zľavu z ceny.
Nedostatok toaletného papiera, absencia mydla na ruky, sprchového mydla, absencia malých lyžičiek (2 ks), absencia pohárov na čaj (2 ks), hluk z ulice cez netesniace okná, nedostatočne vysvetlený trojkódový prístup do apartmánu. Výhľad nie je takmer žiadny, vidíte minimum uličky, v ktorej bývate a na opačnej strane výhľad skor na neporiadok. Voda tiekla 2 dni len studená, po usmernení cez WhatsApp sme zapli bojler, na ktorom bolo napísané "nedotýkať sa" (práve preto, že sme to rešpektovali, nám netiekl teplá voda.)

Lo mejor fue la ubicación. Es una zona muy tranquila y donde hay de todo. Además, el piso tiene todas las comodidades necesarias básicas. Las camas cómodas. El cuarto de baño muy bien. La calefacción y el agua caliente perfectos. La conexión wifi correcta. Las sábanas y toallas muy limpias.
Las dos puertas de acceso a la escalera donde está el piso han permanecido abiertas (sin posibilidad de cerrarse) durante toda nuestra estancia. Me dio sensación de falta de seguridad. Aunque el barrio se ve bastante seguro. No habían bastantes cubiertos para los 4 y ningún utensilio de cocina (tipo palas o cucharones). Una sola sartén y una sola cacerola servibles. El horno, sin limpiar. Falta de cortinas que quiten la luz, entraba toda la luz por las ventanas una vez se hacía de día.
