Ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο με όλα όσα θα σε ενδιέφεραν στην πόλη της Ξάνθης. Ήταν σχετικά άνετο και καθαρό.
Το μπάνιο του ήτανε αρκετά μικρό και άβολο. Επίσης αν μπορούσα να εξασφαλίσουν μία θέση πάρκινγκ για τους επισκέπτες του θα ήταν το ιδανικό
