The very first contact after booking was an email threatening £100 fines for different things. This really takes the gloss away from the weekend.

Really good location with lots of space in the caravan and close to all facilities on the caravan park.
Could do with a deep clean, lots of cobwebs and mould on the bathroom blinds. Also if bringing a pet please be aware it’s an extra £40 just for one dog. It says charges apply on the ad but nowhere says it’s this much, which makes it more expensive than a lot of other accommodation in the area! This £40 charge isn’t advised until after you‘ve already booked.

The location for the property is excellent. Near the beach and in the middle of haven activity park.
The cleanliness in the accommodation was disappointing. Also no extra touches such as toilet roll or towels.
There was a bad smell coming from the cleaning cupboards upon arrival and there was some dirt in the toilet.
