Clear Instructions via WhatsApp. Keybox with the key, even the landlady, who kives upstairs, was there to welcome us and take us around the place, answerinf all questions.
A few more instructions on how to reach the car park in the small backroad would be helpful.

The apartment was fantastic with plenty of room for 2 couples with everything supplied that one might need. It was exceptionally clean and very close to supermarket, cafes/ restaurants and public transport situated in a lovely quiet street. Anna was very helpful leaving us maps and booklets and information on buses etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was located in a good area and not very far from the Old town. The hosts were kind and able to support with any inquires sent. The facilities were generally clean.
The kitchen facilities were quite poor. Many essential items were missing — we had to ask for basic supplies like a knife and a pan. The kitchen itself was very small, and the fridge was also quite limited in size, making it difficult to store food properly.
