Great location to explore both the old town (30 min walk) and lapad area with sunset beach (20 min walk). Next to Tommys supermarket which is handy and had the pool and small gym which was a nice touch. Tea the host was welcoming and gave us some information once we checked in about buses and restaurant recommendations which was really helpful.
Felt like there could have been more kitchen utensils - we started with no cutlery and there was one pan for cooking. Just something to bear in mind for others who may want to cook!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival, she spent time explaining different ways to get to the old town, recommendations for dining and must-do activities. This was followed up by a WhatsApp message providing further detail that was incredibly helpful. The room was exceptionally clean throughout our stay as were the communal areas. The location was ideal for us, located next to two massive supermarkets and the bus stop into the old town is a few minutes walk, with many buses frequently stopping there that take you to the old town (Pile). Would highly recommend!
