Excellent. The property is exceptionally clean and comfortable and has excellent facilities and amenities. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is a full kitchen, lounge and sun terrace (shared with up to 3 other guests). The kitchen is very well equipped indeed and the supermarket is within 5 mins walk. It’s a calm and quiet house with an easy 25 min walk (with amazing views) to the chaotically busy old town. Tony is a super host and has great communication - he collected us from the bus station and offered logistical support and guidance for our stay to ensure our visit to Dubrovnik was awesome. Tony drove us and another guest to see a sunset and provided so much local knowledge, it was a magical evening. we really enjoyed our stay here. Recommended.
Nothing - it’s great!

Tony picked me up at the bus station, and insisted on carrying my backpack. Dude's older than me! Excellent Wifi (45D/11U), hot shower, decent kitchen kit. Quiet in the back room where I was. Lovely terrace overlooking the west. Close to supermarket and bakeries. Easy walk to Old Town.
Tony again gave me a ride back to the bus station when I left. And again insisted on carrying my backpack all the way to the platform.
I would have liked a microwave in the back apartment, but not a big deal.

Multiple amenities to give a homely experience, close to multiple supermarkets/bakeries, beautiful terrace view and the property itself is very clean with a beautiful dining room to enjoy meals. Tony is also a wonderful host, possibly the best you will ever have, he really adds to the experience and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Tony offered me a free ride to the viewpoint overlooking the Old Town and I gladly accepted the offer. He acts as a mini guide for your whole stay. You'd be wasting your money if you choose any other property to stay in.
