Gute, neugebaute Villa aus dem letzten Jahr. Kleines Dorf, Ortsrandlage. Klimaanlage / Heizung / Solar / TV / Herd etc. alles wie beschrieben, gut und sehr funktional. Fliegentüren. überdachte Veranda, Pool mit Liegen und guten Schirmen. Grün drum rum.
Atmosphäre frugal und kühl. Es fehlt "loving eye" und "attention to detail". Haus war leider definitiv nicht geputzt. Dusche im einen En-Suite Badezimmer lief nicht ab - war komplett zugekleistert mit Haaren. Viele weitere Kleinigkeiten. Aussicht direkt durch mehrere Strommasten und die dazugehörigen Leitungen verbaut. Dies zeigen die Bilder nicht! Osterfeiertage wurde direkt gegenüber gebaut mit dem dazugehörigen Baulärm. und direkt nebenan an mehreren Tagen über mehrere Stunden Müll verbrannt mit dem entsprechenden Gestank.
