Plakias Seaside Residences - Anemoni

Die Villa ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet, es war so ziemlich alles vorhanden was man benötigte. Wir haben öfters gekocht und die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung und genügend Platz für eine Familie oder zwei Paare. Die Verwalterin Maria hat uns sehr gut betreut und war immer ansprechbar.

Trotzdem gab es während unserem Aufenthalt mehrere Mängel. Bei der Ankunft war in einem Badezimmer der Siphon vom Waschbecken nicht installiert. Das Internet ist öfters komplett ausgefallen, so dass wir mehrere Tage ohne waren. Dann gab es eine Ameisenstrasse auf der Terrasse und die Ameisen kamen auch direkt in die Küche. Ein Toaster war kaputt und zum Schluss haben wir Baumängel festgestellt, da beim Duschen im oberen Badezimmer das Wasser aus der Wand im unteren Gästeklo austrat. Es war nicht viel, aber das muss dringend behoben werden. Zu dem haben wir direkt von der Terrasse auf einen Rohbau geschaut, was auch nicht gerade schön anzusehen war. Diese Dinge haben unseren Aufenthalt doch etwas beeinträchtigt. Maria hat aber immer sehr gut reagiert.

Maria met us in the evening to explain all the amenities and the gadgets, there was a lovely basket of Cretan products as a welcome gift. And the apt was clean, new and well appointed. Spectacular location, just outside Plakias' main strip with a challenging and breathtaking hillside hike right outside our door.

Thank you Maria for being such a perfect host! From the pampering welcome basket, to showing us everything around the house (the kitchen has every small appliance you can think of) to being available on WhatsApp 24/7 and making sure we are comfortable- your care made a difference! There are several villa complexes in that area of Plakias and Anemoni (part of the Plakias seaside residences) is especially luxurious and beautifully designed. It's perfectly located (one minute to the best part of the beach) and an easy walk to the supermarket (10 min walk, 2 min drive) we were comfortable and loved every minute of our time there. Perfect for a family of four!

The twin beds are narrow, but our daughters loved the pool and having their own bathroom so that's a small detail.
