ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- While this 3-level house offers step-free entry, interior stairs are required to access all of the home’s bedrooms on the upper and lower levels- There will be 14 community wristbands provided. Additional wristbands are available for a daily $8 per person fee paid upon arrival- There is an additional fee required to access the community fitness center- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the garage facing the driveway. Camera 2 is on the front of the home facing the main entrance. Camera 3 is on the east side of the home facing the east side yard. Cameras 4 and 5 are at the rear of the home facing the backyard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

Everything was just as the picture described but even better, when we had a problem we called/text and Irine was very helpful and patient with us, We plan on going back soon, if you ever what a place where a group can stay and it's not over cowarded this is the house it has everything, we didn't get in the hot tub it was just too cold outside, the house was well equipped with everything, we had plans to do a couple of excursions while we was up there but we were so comfortable in the house we decided to just stay in and enjoy the house and play games. This is a must stay house when visiting the Poconos.

My family and I had a good time.
The house is very well maintained and the homeowner is kind and was attentive to my many questions.
I would recommend this home and would definitely rent again should we visit the Pocono area in the future.

The home was as pictured but felt even better once we arrived! It was very clean, well maintained and spacious. The kids had an amazing time just playing in the game room area. Irina was always accessible and very kind. We will most definitely be returning….

Our friends and our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The amenities, cleanliness met our expectations. The house is very spacious and we spent a lot of time next to the fireplace in the large living room. The house is very convenient to a few of the ski resorts. The best for us was how you can have 3 families with children comfortably with sleeping rooms and each room had its own bathroom. That was a huge plus for me!!! We would definitely consider staying here again. Only thing I would advise and not anything negative on the house. The area within a few miles does not have too many restaurants if you are looking for that type of convenience. There is a good pizza place within 3 miles that we found.
