Community offers access to 4 swimming pools playgrounds paddle boats mini golf basketball & tennis courts. Located in the heart of the Poconos there are additional opportunities for entertainment within a close proximity that includes water parks skiing snow tubing recreational parks hiking fishing biking shopping fine dining NASCAR & casinos.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and access to all 4 pools. (Guest passes are not required for all other amenities).
** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.
***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes.
**Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM.
**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck w/ gas grill
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.
PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited but must get free parking pass at Community Entrance

Perfect Stay for Our Group TripWe had an outstanding stay at this property. The house was incredibly well-equipped for our group of eight (8) adults. Having two full-size fridges was a huge plus—we used one for food and the other strictly for drinks, and it made the whole weekend run smoothly.The seating area and large TV were perfect for the football weekend, and the quiet neighborhood gave us the downtime we needed between games and outings. The home offered more than enough beds and bathrooms for everyone, and we really appreciated the body wash, shampoo, and ample linens providedCommunication with the owners was excellent from start to finish—quick, friendly, and helpful.Lows: None. The house was exactly what we needed and more.Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you very much!

The house was clean, with lots of towels and blankets for everyone! The kids loved the game area in the garage, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and a few baking items that were helpful. We did find the bunk beds very squeaky, maybe the screws need to be tightened?

Property matched our expectations. Clean and plenty of room for large extended family. Bonus connected bedrooms were great for the many kids we had. May not be ideal for heavy adult trip but was perfect for us.A slight lack of dressers wasnt ideal for some but overall was fine. Huge TV in living room, great firepit and outdoor space. Walking distance to lake and one of the few pools. Renters do need to pay for pool, but owner was super understanding and was willing to work with us. Not sure if thats always the case, but very reasonable to do so since its not advertised in the property details as such. Says alot about them though.Easy to get to major attractions but a bit remote for food shopping and good restaurants. Again, owners were fantastic and very responsive. I would recommend and stay again. Entire family had a great time. Weather helped that is was nearly perfect the entire week. I would rate overall 9 out of 10. They dont have 4.5 stars, but definitely closer to 10 than 8.

Located in a safe neighborhood with pools and playgrounds that were well kept and fun for the kids. It rained most of the trip, but the house had lots of games and tvs to keep everyone entertained. Hosts were very responsive both before and during our stay and have an excellent reputation in the community. I would definitely rent from them again.
