Location unbeatable
The lady at reception was extremely helpful and allowed us to check out later and store our luggage.
Our room had the view of Duomo and super clean very new.
3 bottles of water was a nice addition, would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The view of the main piazza. There was a lovely violin player playing in the square towards the evening, and it was just beautiful to hear his playing from the room. It was the highlight of our stay.
Bed was comfortable too!
Reception location was very difficult to locate and not obvious. I might make a sign that reads, “checking in… this way” with arrows as there are multiple Del Duomo choices with the same logo and it’s quite confusing. We followed signs to Le Suites Del Duomo and found a welcome desk, but it was not the correct location to check in.
If you want to watch TV, it was difficult to find options as the guide showed no information.

The location is absolutely amazing. The view from the room facing the Piazza Duomo is unbeatable. The rooms are basic yet clean.
The lift is extremely small and goes only till second floor. Have to carry luggage on our own to the third floor.

Poor accessibility/communication from host at time of check-in, limited signage, difficult to find check-in vs room, tubgrime, poor soundproofing/ door seal
