Casa Provenza

Great location near the centre, good room, nice hosts and good breakfast on the balcony

Nothing

The very best thing was the individualized service and friendliness of the staff. I felt welcomed, cared for and anything I needed was responded to immediately. The breakfast was custom made for me, delivered with a smile and always delicious. The location was excellent- minutes from the main plaza, restaurants, fish market and other popular destinations. Central location is an understatement. The room I had was comfortable but not fancy and had good air-conditioning. It perfectly met my needs without going overboard. Would definitely stay there again.

I didn't love the tiny shower- it was tricky to maneuver, but still manageable. My only other "complaint" is that the walls inside the hotel are rather thin. You can hear people coming and going and even some phone conversations, but when I was there, the other guests were respectful and it was not really an issue. The good news is that you could not hear street noise when the windows were closed.

Good location, host on-site, the lift, provide useful information about the transportation to other towns.
